Please do not panic. If you already sent Quest a PM then you have already done everything you can do to resolve the situation. A solution is most likely being worked on and all you do with additional PMs (or news posts) is to slow the process down.
Also keep in mind, that 'Newgrounds Moderator' is a voluntary position. That means they do not get paid for this and have to work a day-job in order to make a living.

If I recall correctly, I think @/Quest told you "to PM them if your ban doesn't get lifted by the end of tomorrow". Try by (politely*) writing them a PM instead of creating a news post to call their attention.
